1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using StockWise AI ('the Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. The Service
StockWise AI provides AI-powered inventory tracking, forecasting, smart alerts, and cash-flow analytics for e-commerce merchants. Features may evolve; we may add, modify, or remove functionality at our discretion.
3. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Data Usage
You retain ownership of all data you upload (inventory, sales, product catalogs). You grant StockWise AI a limited license to process this data solely to operate, improve, and personalize the Service. We will never sell your data to third parties.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis until canceled. Pricing is displayed in USD. You may cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Beyond the 7-day money-back window, payments are non-refundable. Upon cancellation, your account reverts to the Free tier and your data is retained for 90 days before deletion.
7. System Uptime
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the Service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced at least 48 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers (e.g., Shopify, payment processors, hosting infrastructure) outside our reasonable control.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code; (b) use the Service to violate applicable laws; (c) upload malicious code; (d) abuse rate limits or interfere with other users' use of the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StockWise AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. AI forecasts and recommendations are informational; you remain responsible for your business decisions.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
